The Merger Working Group Meetings Scheduled

The HOA1 and HOA2 Merger Working Group is a collaborative committee formed to evaluate, plan, and coordinate the potential merger of the two homeowners associations. The group will review governance, financial, legal, operational, community, and property-related considerations; identify opportunities and potential challenges; and develop recommendations for consideration by the respective Boards and homeowners. The Working Group serves in an advisory and planning capacity to help ensure the merger process is organized, transparent, and focused on the long-term interests of both communities.
